Any Jira ticket is created as Open but it shows as cross off

I been having this problem for a couple of weeks now.... every time I create a new jira ticket it starts as Created but it displays as cross off.

This is a big problem since this jira tickets cross off, also afects the reports of my burndown charts.

You either have a post function in the "Create" workflow transition that sets the resolution or (most likely) you have the resolution field on the "Create" screen.

If it is the latter, remove the field from screen. If it is the post function, remove it from the Create transition.

Thanks!! I had the resolution field con the "Create" screen, I just removed it and now its working just fine.
