All projects showing to all users regardless they need access of project or not

Can you please give me some ideas? How to restrict view for users?

There is no access has been given for project 1 to any users but when user are logged in still can see Project 1 also. Please check attached screenshot

You need to remove the users from a project if they do not need to use it, then they cannot access it.
