Agile with Integrated Systems

We primarily use JIRA Agile and all of our project management, prioritization is done through JIRA Agile. We are looking to integrate with another system where the product managers will be managing work in both systems. Does anyone know if Agile boards work with integrated systems?

Not sure what you mean by integrated systems but Agile boards work only within JIRA. The data has to be in JIRA irrespective of where it comes from.
