I would liek to know if my below mentioned flow will be possible using Greenhopper.

Step 1:Upload Project Requirement Document .And if PRD Is available go to Next Step.

Step 2: Send for Approval.

Step 3:Upload Risk Score card document. If Risk Score card doc Is available go to Next Step.

Step 4:Create Backlog

Step 5:Create Sprint

Step 6:Development Phase

Step 7:Review Phase(Code & Test Case review). Only if Code Review is closed, the item will be moved to Next Step

Step 8:UAT(If Business Sign of is recieved only then move the item to next Step)

Step 9:Implementation.- (Sprint Completed)

Sure. It is possible. Though, all issues created are in the board's backlog by default. You then pick these issues to put into the Sprint. So, you will need to have a filter on your board that picks out issues that are approved.

Thanks chin for your reply, but how does a check on whether a PRD document is uploaded or not ? Is it manually ensured or it can be a part of workflow rule itself ? If yes , how? The same applies to code reviews as well, if code reviews are not closed, it shouldn't allow to move on next flow of deployment .

You can either use a custom field for validation or you can create a script using the Script Runner add on.

For code reviews, are you using Crucible or something else? Crucible can transition issues once you resolve them. Else, you might have to come up with your own code.
