Agent emails not visible on Internal Access screen for all agents just some.

Hi All,

New to Jira here, looking for some explanation on why not all my agent email addresses are displayed on the Internal access screen. For some reason only 3 agents out of 30 display their email address. Any help would be appreciated.  I am sure this is an easy one but I am not having any luck searching for it.

Disclaimer I do not use TMP for any JSM projects.

in looking at your screen what I observed is that that project is private there is a button that allows you to change that to open which would then ensure that all agents could access that I would assume.
