After creating an account and downloading the required software, why can't I obtain my URL to login

I already purchased Jira, got my SNE but yet its saying my URL isn't recognized and I am simply trying to login so I can create tickets..

Any help and thus far there is no # to contact so I've been referencing confluence and its all about how too get started etc

I CANT LOGIN to my URL or HOW DO I confirm the URL I am working on is the correct one??

If you mean Cloud, you have to wait up to an hour for the machines to get going (in my experience, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes, but it's not immediate).

(Also, if it is Cloud, then I'm not sure what you've downloaded - you don't need to download anything to use Cloud)
