After creating Subtask --> Link it to another Subtask of the same Userstory

Hey guys, I really like using Automations, but I can't figure out how to do this one, if its even possible:

Currently, when I create a User Story two custom Subtasks get added.

User Story
- Technical Subtask
- Design Subtask

Now when people add another Design Subtask later on, I would like to link it to the Technical Subtask automatically.

In short, Automatically link a sub-task of a story, to another sub-task of the same story but of a specific sub-task type
