Activity Timeline / JIRA Integrattion

Hi,

I am trialling the Activity Timeline integrated with our JIRA Cloud instance.

When I delete a task from within JIRA, it stays on the activity timeline view and I can't remove it.

Anyone else experiencing this - is there a workround? am I doing something wrong? Also, how do I remove it from the timeline as the task no longers exists in JIRA.

Hi David,

ActivityTimeline System removes deleted Jira issues couple of times per day, however you can always trigger a manual removal in AT Configuration->Synchronization tab (for admins only):

Admin users also have a special maintenance tab, where they can remove not needed Issues or Logged Work (AT Configuration->Issues->Maintenance page):
