at time we use jira version 8.5.1 and we want to upgrade our version to version 8.13.7.
Is there a possibility in the JIRA configuration, where I can configure, that JIRA is not available to users for a period of time? Like the Availability at the full re-index, with exception, that JIRA is available for jira admins.
