we have zeplin Jira Integration and there is issues with zeplin attachments. all users can view the zeplin attachment except for a certain user. i have checked it from my machine to make sure it is not a PC problem. the user cannot view the attachement even from my PC.

Me too! I have tried to clean cache and in other browsers but I still have the same problem, I can not see the attachments. :(
