resolved issue appears again in new sprint in jira

Bibin Mohan Kareethra December 22, 2021

Issue appeared in new sprint . While issue was already closed couple of month ago.

We configure the 'Done' column as the last column from the board column configuration and have the value of the Resolution field set.

There's the problem - status RESOLVE is not in the last column.

Hi @Bibin Mohan Kareethra

Yes If you navigate to any of the issues that are on the Board, you'll see the Sprint value populated in it. Change the Sprint Value if you are using the Scrum-based project template.

Thanks,
Pramodh

My guess is that the status of the issue has changed to something that is not "done" in your board.

Hi @Bibin Mohan Kareethra

Simple explanation is that the issues have a new Sprints value

Please check the issues for Sprint value

Thanks,
Pramodh
