not able to access the portal

We have working on SSO with Azure and some configuration issue we are not able to login

 

Please find below error and help me to resolve.

A few questions:

  • Do you have an Atlassian Access subscription?
  • Did you already set up the configuration between SSO and Azure in Atlassian Access?
  • Are you currently unable to access your Cloud instance?
