We are a little IT department delivering many services to our company. (infrastructure, application support, ...)

We manage our first level support with the Jira Service Management, which works fine.

Now, we are planing to publish our maintenance planing to our customers. What is best practice to do this?

I had a look into the following options, but non of them were easy to implement:

  • Atlassian status page
  • Jira RSS-Feed based on JQL -> Sharepoint RSS viewer
  • Jira JQL-Filter on Confluence page -> integration into Sharepoint
  • Jira RSS-Feed based on JQL -> Outlook RSS viewer
  • Scriptrunner -> Sharepoint REST API
  • Sharepoint Jira connector (unfortunately not available for Sharepoint 2016?)

I am interested in all your implementations. Any ideas are very much appreciated.
