how to delete hyperlink from screen

I want  to delete the hyperlink which is added on screen earlier by someone 
could you please help me. i am not able to find where this link has been added to screen

"javascript in banner" is popular method to add elements

if its create issue screen it might be behaviour (if you have scriptrunner) or plenty of stuff to add elements.

might even be as simple as field's description

i am sorry @Ilya Turov but this is in middle of the create issue screen 
there is one hyperlink which i want to remove from that create screen
