Hi Carlos. We have a custom service desk in the company. We do not use that of Atlassian. My need was to create a point to create tickets directly from the customer we support. So I was wondering if there was a chance to create a custom customer portal.
Hello Francesco, I tried to create my own portal using JIRA software but unfortunately the portal is an extra feature that comes with JIRA Service Desk (and therefore you need licenses to manage the issues entered via the portal). What is your use case? I'm a fan of Service Desk, so I recommend it (depending on your needs, of course).
