Workflows Does Not Show Transitions

Is it happen because I add on JIRA MISC CUSTOM FIELDS ?

Please suggest how to set for showing transition in issue screen.

Thank your for your prompt response.

I have already check all think.

And the last way that I did. 

Remove the transition and add it again.

It 's show properly.

1. Check Permissions for "Issue transitions". This will confirm who can transition the issues.
2. Check the condition on transition. This will indicate who can see and execute the transition.
