Which url needs to be used to start licensed JIRA Server every time?

H S May 3, 2018

Hi,

I have purchased JIRA Server software which is valid for one year.

I know when we install JIRA software at that time it also redirects to JIRA site with dashboard but how to open JIRA once again if I have closed all first day windows and restarted the laptop?

I haven't received any email with specific url applicable to my account which I can use to connect with JIRA in future.

There should be some url which I need to provide to start Licensed JIRA version. Please guide me how can I find that?

I did't get any information email as well as in below site except license key. Please help

Jira is not started by a url, you install it, and then run it on a computer, using the service start/stop scripts to control it.

While it is running, visit the url of that computer, on port 8080.  If, for example, the server you install it on is called "dave", then try http://dave:8080 - this does of course assume a completely default installation, and that your network can resolve "dave" to its actual ip address.
