Anyone know how to resolve this issue? We are getting this issue now after upgrading our Jira from 7.2 > 8.3. We tried reading the "How to resolve this" guide and we are still confused on how to get this resolved.

Any guidance would greatly be appreciated!

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-Unfortunately we didn't do anything yet. Because the guide we read was confusing. We did copy + paste our Keystore password from our previous SERVER.XML to our new SERVER.XML. How do we re-install the certificates?

The things in the standard doc have always worked for me, albeit when it's the SSL connection, the doc does not walk you through installing the certificates itself (you need to visit another page)

Could you tell us what have done, what you are seeing and what you've tried to diagnose and fix it?
