Velocity Report and Repointing

I was wondering if others are seeing this issue.

I have Sprint 1 with a 2 point story and a 5 point story starting out. The sprint finishes with  only the 2 point story getting finished. I close the sprint moving the 5 point story back to the back log. I run the velocity report and it shows Sprint 1 Commitment of 7 points and completed 2 points. Which is exactly what I would expect. Now I repoint the 5 point story to 3 points and rerun the velocity report. It now shows Sprint 1 Commitment of 2 points and completed 2 points. So it looks like we delivered what we comitted to. This just does not seem right to me, we committed to 7 points and failed to deliver 5 points. Are other seeing this issue?

Hi Bryan,

I tried to reproduce this issue on our server version but could not reproduce it. The velocity report worked as expected and kept the committed and completed numbers the same.
