Variable Doubt "Request participants"

Hello how are you? Can you help me? I have an IT service management project. In this project I have set up the requests service via e-mail. Until recently, the variable "Request participants" registered the e-mail address by which the e-mail was sent. However, this information stopped coming and I don't know why. Can someone help me?

The service management projects in our instance do not automatically copy the sender to the Request Participants field.

Do you have an Automation that has been doing that for you, that has perhaps stopped working?
