My company is using Jira tickets to initiate onboarding steps needed from different departments around the company (IT/Security, HR, Recruiting, Hiring Manager). We are working out the kinks in the process as of now. But I am specifically wondering if you can create custom notifications such as, "New Hire's email address have been created", or "New Hire has been added to the compliance training platform" to help us better tighten up the onboarding process and reduce lag time. Has anyone used Jira to do this and are there any best practices, use cases, or tips & tricks they can share?
