I am currently on the Essentials plan trying out Jira OPs integrated with OPs Genie and Slack, however to setup the OPs Genie it requests a service and this provides no drop down and when attempting the same from JIRA OPs it ask you to select a service however no drop down exists either and it doesn't seem to be a way to integrate OPs Genie with Jira OPs, is the limitation due to being on the essentials plan or am I missing something in the setup?
