User engagement report/ view

While planning for the sprint stories, I would like to view if and when a resource is currently available. So, a report of a resource engagement and or view that help me know if a resource is engaged till particular date (based on the end date) so that stories can be planned for that resource accordingly.

The thing you are describing is usually called "capacity planning."

Jira Server by itself does not have this capability. You'd have to turn to the Atlassian Marketplace to find an add-on that would help. There are a number of them.
