I have created a Kanban Board, but my users can see the backlog icon on the left, but they cannot click on.
For me, as an administor of JIRA, I don't have any problem to access.
Is there a particular right to give access to for the users ?

Is the board's filter shared with the project users?
You can find that in the board -> configure -> general section
