Upgrading to newer Jira and found higher response time on Create Ticket

We are in the process upgrading Jira from 7.1.4 to 7.13.8
and we did load test to the system.
For creating ticket, we get nearly 60% increase response time.
We nail down more and found there are lot more SQL commitment behind the scene. and there are SQL rollback calls which not present with Jira 7.1.4

Anyone has similar experience?

try to make upgrade on 8.0 or higher version. You should see improvements in a lot of scenarios.
