when trying to generate Team Reports and clicking on particular user to get more user details, getting an error as below. I made necessery updates on Jira apps.
Anyone had similar issue ? This is server version.
i checked it already , this is reflected to all users (all of them are active)
Thank you for the details. At the moment I would say, your point of contacts will be your internal Jira admin and secondly the Atlassian contact team.

I had used team reports but never got that error. I would say it is not an error, but please check if that user ID is deactivated by any chance by Jira admin.
