Starting a new Sprint - Error "Something gone wrong"

This morning, we have an issue with ours Jira projects.
When we want to start a new sprint, nothing works, and it's the same for all ours projects.

We have this message and nothing happen :

Something gone wrong
An error occurred on our end. Refresh the page and try again.

And it happen everytime you click on "Start sprint" button.

I don't have the error log on the cloud so I can't tell you more about this.

Please, someone can help me to find why or how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks for your attention.

Hi @FT

Welcome to the community!

Yes, correct as this is in the cloud we don't have access to logs and all..

Instead of seeing the error we are also unable to help you on this so better to raise a support ticket to Atlassian.

That's what I'm afraid of.

Thank you.
