Problem with Tempo api

Hello, i'm trying to import a worklog to my jira project (which has Tempo installed) using Tempo api, the problem is a no matter what request i send to Tempo i always get error 404.
am i missing something? Tempo is installed on our jira project but i get the same error all the time, do i have to submit my jira project somewhere in Tempo website so i can use Tempo api?
