Outgoing Mail SMTP Server Issue

While I was trying to configure outgoing mail.. It Showing these Error Always !!

I given the appropriate details in every field. Even though its showing me this ERROR  

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:

• SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

I am very new to jira. Please help me to resolve this issue !!

First question: which Service Provider you are using, its better if you please share the image here.

Now there could be multiple reasons.

• If you using google, then there could be security restrictions on google account
• If you using smpt , mail server access is blocked
• You antivirus is blocking the traffic

This means your Jira server cannot reach your mail server.  Either you've given it the wrong server connection details, or the server is blocked by your network.
