Jira for Server 2008 Sandart and MsSQL 2008

a good time of day for the server Windows Server 2008 and MS sql server 2008 what version of Jira is the front end? Preferably russified

I think this has lost something in translation.  Could you explain what you are asking?

Do you mean you have MS-SQL 2008 and you want to know what the highest version of Jira that can use it is?

Ok, you will need to work your way through the "supported platforms" docs for each version until you find the last one to support it.  From memory, 7.0 does, but 7.10 definitely does not, so support was dropped somewhere between them.
