Jira Cloud Connector. Parsing Email informations into ticket


Hi Guys,

we are trying to implement a kind of automatism which will help us a lot.

The idea: 

If a user sends an E-Mail to Jira it will create a ticket and automatically fills out the custom fields.

for example:

Email from user with content (customFieldId=12401 "any value") -> jira creates a ticket and automatically filled out the specific custom field. 

that would be our perfect world scenario.

unfortunately i couldn't find a solution until now. The ticket will be created but everything inside the email body will be part of the ticket body (description). and the custom fields have to be filled out manually. 

is there any existing solution for such a automatism?
or any app existing for it?
