Issues with Next-gen project

We have recently switched to next-gen project and getting a lot of issues as so many features are missing, below is the list of issues we are facing:

Issues:1. Not able to create the release version as this feature is not present.

2. Not able to change the workflow of the jira tickets as workflow setting is not present.

3. Could not work with release notes as it requires release version which feature is missing from the next-gen project.

4. No way of adding other project tickets to the next gen scrum board.
Kindly resolve these issues as it is getting very difficult to work with default flow and missing features.

Everything is true. It is not currently possible with next-gen projects.
