Issue/filter share is not working

Share feature in JIRA is not working.

I cannot share notification to any user to either share the issue or the filter. This Help page: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-29867 did not help me solve this issue.

There is not such "JIRA welcome plugin" that i can add in anywhere at the setting.

Please help ASAP.

Hi @Yui Matsushima ,

There are few configurations you need check from Jira admin permissions. If it is affecting all users then it needs to be configured from admin end.

Thank you for your support. I am not JIRA admin therefore i cannot edit the permission setting. Moreover, I don't know who will be JIRA admins at my org. Is there any way i can get help here?

Hi @Yui Matsushima

Can you please make users are in right groups of global permission.

In this case, 

To share an issue user should have "Browse Users and Groups" global permission in Jira. 

To share a filter users should have Share dashboards and filters global permission in Jira.
