Is there any free package which can be created for testing complete project management tracking?

I am looking for the the complete set of project management and issue tracking system demo for my line manager to have a look for management decision and approval before buying. So, I need to create some projects and issue tracking workflow. Would you please advise and grant permission/package to create for some sample?
