I have licence key Jira software and applied , After 10 days my laptop formatted new os installed.

now how i can download 7.13.1 version and how to apply for existed licence key for that.

In that link i have many keys , how can i find purchased licence key only.

When you install it - during configuration it will automatically get you an evaluation license - but make sure you have an atlassian account as it navigates to your account to fetch the license or rather create and fetch
