I am working with a team managed Kanban Board. I am trying to update Card layout for the board and the Backlog. But I do not see where it can be changed on the board settings..

You can't currently do that with Team-managed projects. You can vote for that function and follow along here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17336
