I can't tell you more than that. You have told us that you are facing an error doing this, and we believe that you are. But without any information on what the error(s) might be, we cannot tell you more than "Yes, you have an error"
An analogy: You want to drive to another city. Your car has an error. Would you ring your mechanic, say "my car has failed, please fix it" and expect to be able to drive it later? You have not told the mechanic if it's a flat tire, you're out of fuel, you've lost the key, you've lost the car, or if there's a horde of angry penguins blocking you from getting to it? How are they to start to try to fix that?
Could you tell us what is actually wrong? "It's broken" is useless as a request for help.
