Default visibility of new filters

Hello,

I need help. Please answear the question.

Newly established filters (including those created when creating a Folio) have limited visibility to the owner. Can we set it so that the default visibility is "all logged-in users"?

@Aleksandra Bodalska, i moved this post to what I think is the best collection - Jira Software. But you also include Portfolio and Confluence here which is a bit confusing to me.

In any event, if you are asking about changing the default share permissions for filters in Jira this cannot be done. They default to the creator and they must edit the shares to meet their needs.

If you are asking something else please add more info to your post.

I think that answers the question, seems unlikely that a Folio issue would be related to confluence.

Thanks @Aleksandra Bodalska and @Jack!
