Create Issue after Migrate from Jira Cloud to Jira Server

Hi everyone,

I have migrated from Jira Cloud to Jira Server and all data from the backup in Jira Server recorded. If I want to create a new issue now, I get the following error.

What version of Server did you go to?

same for 7.8.0
