Cannot edit a Managed User Account

The support documentation states the Site Admin can change an existing user's account username and email but I do not see the option to edit the account when selecting the user's account in User Management. What am I missing?

Hi @Bryant Rydberg,


If you are using an external user management, then you will not be able to edit the user details unless you have write permission for the user directory. Please check if that is causing the issue.
