I'm using 2 different JIRA;
On the first one I recive everyday in the morning an email "Issuetracking" that advise me about the TICKET open on my side.
Is this available also on the free version?

I am not sure that it is, but I haven't got one to hand to check.
If it is available, you can do it by running a search for the issues you are wanting to be emailed about, save it as a filter, then click on "details" near the name of the filter. In there, there is a "subscriptions" link (hopefully!)
