As a Administrator , why can't edit or change the workflow ?

I need to add few status and add new transition . It gives me error as " You cannot perform this operation on draft Workflow "

Hi Geeta,

You need to copy the workflow, make changes to the new, inactive workflow, and then add the new workflow to the workflow scheme to replace the existing workflow.

You're trying to do something that draft workflows do not allow.

This is likely to be deleting a step or status or adding a transition to a step that does not have any outgoing transitions already.

Do you mean transition or step?  These are two totally different things.

How do i add the transition step at this point ? I need to add few status to my workflow as well
