I noticed some of our clients are responding to this email "jira@xyz.atlassian.net". Does anyone know where does this email ends up?
Or, there a way to change that email?

If is email request, then the response will appear like a new comment on issue or will create a new issue based in a select request type :)
If is email notification, then the response will appear like a new comment on issue.
