where can I hide e-mail signatures from issues

Hello,

How can I hide e-mail signatures from sended issues?

On the site of Jira stands: go to settings --> e-mail request --> hide email but I do not see anything there.

I am the admin of our system.

Hi @Thijs , welcome to the community.

Exactly what do you mean by hide email signatures? Are you possibly referring to removing email signatures from incoming emails when creating new tickets or replying to existing ones? If so, there has been a lot of historical activity around this. In the past, email signatures would continue to come across as attachments with multiple appearing on a ticket. That was ultimately resolved, however, to the best of my understanding, you will still have the first signature shown as an attachment. Here is one issue tracking this JSDCLOUD-2090 . if you mean something different, please do explain in greater detail.

I would like to echo what Jack has mentioned here regarding JSDCLOUD-2090, which is currently under review. Hopefully, we will see the functionality live soon.

If you don't think this is a related feature request, I'd love to hear more about the issue you are facing.
