This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Setting up service desk users

I really want to use organizations before going live with JIRA Service Desk, it's a vital part of how we report on our customers activity and integral to how we determine how much to charge them for support services.

Pretty sure it's in 3.3, the next release, but I don't know when that will arrive.
