Hello,
We are using Jira Service Management for our support services and the Assets Management where we have the customers, their contracts etc. When a customer creates a ticket, we retrieve the customer based on their contact information. Therefore, in the ticket, we have the customer related to assets.
However, when we try to export a queue in CSV format, we get the QUI of the customer instead of his name.
Is there any way to have the customer name included in the export?
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could contribute to this.
