Welcome to the community!
This field is called the 'Resolution' of a ticket. See more information about it here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/best-practices-on-using-the-resolution-field-968660796.html
Can you give a bit more context on what is needed? Do you want to update the value for this specific ticket? Or...?
Generally, the resolution field should be part of the workflow. You should check out the workflow that is being used for this request type, and see any lines (transitions) leading to any of the Green statuses. Likely you'll see a 'post function' there that fills a fixed value, OR you'll see that the transition is set-up to use a specific 'screen', in which the user fills the Resolution manually.

Welcome to the community. The field is the "Resolution" field in the system. This field is global and the options available for this field can be accessed by going to Settings (the clog wheel icon located in the upper right of the window) >> Issues (under Jira settings section) >> Resolutions.
The field's population is always controlled via the WF when issue move into a terminal status.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

Hi Mandred - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I don't seem to find an issue anywhere in my instance where something shows there. Is it possible that this is an approval step?
