I have one JSM project that isn't allowing me to add users that have been assigned with the Product role of "stakeholder" but on another JSM project I can add those people into the stakeholder field. I can't figure out what the difference is that is causing it to not work on one but does work on another.... Are there permissions, customer settings, and/or portal settings requirements in order to allow users that are "stakeholders" in Product roles?
Hi @Sara Tucker ,
Please assign the role 'Service Desk Team' to the user intended, so that issues can be assigned.
Regards
RK
These stakeholders do not have a JSM license - Per the instructions for Enterprise and Premium JSM, you can have users in the Stakeholder role without using a JSM license. I did just try adding a user into that role on the project and test if that allowed me to add them as a stakeholder on a specific issue... Still not working ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hi @Sara Tucker
Check your Customer permissions, if they're allowed to search for other customers :

Thanks for the reply! I had "Customers can search for other customers within their project or organizations" selected which sounds like it should be okay. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
