We use the Active Directory Attributes Sync app and the Email this Issue app.
Now we would like to show the data of a user entered in a users picker custom field in a mail body.
Information such as telephone number and email address.
This is data that user attributes from the Active Directory are available in Jira through the Active Directory Attributes Sync app.
In an email from Email this Issue it is possible to show the user properties of a user that has been entered in a users picker custom field.
My question: How do I get the user attributes from the Active Directory into the user properties?
Or does someone have another solution for showing in the mail the data of a user that has been entered in a users picker custom field?
