When customers go to the portal there is not an option to all customers to upvote various requests. The JSD requests will then be triaged into placed into support issues with no development needed and feature requests or changes. For the feature requests we would like the customers to be able to upvote on any issue.
I have that option in Jira cloud and I need that option in Jira Service Desk cloud as well.

Out of the box there is not an option like this, but I did find an add on called Roadmap Portal for Jira Service Desk. It allows you to share upcoming features with customers, and get their votes.
